We look after our transplant community and support patients and their support network. We fund projects and initiatives that benefit all transplant patients at Harefield.
Please consider signing up to be a member. Becoming a member is the best way to show your support and help us fund our vital work. Transplant patients receive their first year of membership for free and all of our other memberships start from just £10 a year (all of which goes towards our charitable work).
Membership eligibility
If you are:
- a heart or/and lung transplant recipient who receives care at Harefield Hospital
- waiting for a transplant at Harefield Hospital
- an LVAD patient
- a family member or friend of any of the above
…then we would love to welcome you as a member!
Our membership offer
As a member, you’ll receive:
- Milestone anniversary pins for transplant patients – receive a pin badge every 5 years post-transplant*
- A warm welcome to our in-person annual celebration weekend
- Our newsletter, full of stories and tips from transplant patients sent directly to your email address
- Access to our Annual General Meeting (AGM)
- … And a huge THANK YOU for funding our work!
Members and non-members are welcome to join Team Harefield at the Transplant Games and join our our online community.
*Please note you need to have been a member for consecutive years to receive a pin, and we don’t send out backdated pins.
