Our charity exists to support transplant patients at Harefield Hospital and we simply couldn’t do it without your support. Please consider donating to our charity or fundraising on our behalf, to help us continue our vital work. You can also become a member, even if you aren’t a transplant patient!

Ways to donate or fundraise for our charity
JustGiving
You can also use the online JustGiving platform to raise funds for our charity. It’s a secure way to donate directly to the Club or you can create your own fundraising page, linked to our charity. Leave a donation in your will
Remembering Harefield Transplant Club in your will can make a huge difference to our fellow transplant recipients and those waiting for a life-saving organ transplant.

Requesting a donation in your memory
Some people prefer to ask for a charity donation in their name instead of sending floral tributes to their funeral. If this is something you would prefer, it’s a good idea to let your family and executors of your Will know about your wishes or to include reference in the details about your funeral.
