We have a thriving online community of Harefield transplant patients and their supporters, on our Harefield Transplant Club Facebook group. It’s a great place to find and give support, get the latest information on club and hospital activities and celebrate the achievements of transplant patients. 

It’s also where we publicise updates and requests from Harefield Hospital and other organisations such as Cardiothoracic Advisory Group and Cardiothoracic Patient Group for patient involvement in research studies, feedback on services and participate in committees.
