What an amazing Games! This team has been incredible – strong competitors and supporters but also such inspirations !!

Walker: 1500m bronze, a silver in the ball throw, javelin, 400m and 800m.

Natasha Rogers ran an inspiring 100m in memory of her friend David and missed a bronze medal in the ball throw only by a margin .   Ron bossed it at the javelin and brought a silver home while Lisa Innes managed to grab a bronze in her 100m.

Douglas Forbes aced his 100m and 200m with incredible PB’s but had strong competition. James Doherty brought a gold home in high jump and Emma Hilton did the same in her 100m and 200m.

The absolute star of the day was undoubtedly Mick Foster who won gold in all of his events ( long jump, 100m, 200m and 400m).We finished the day with 2 amazing relay teams – thank you all for a great day of competition and our ever so strong supporters for all the cheering! !
